  • Products for Exchange/Return must be products that are not in the Restricted Product List.
  • The product is 100% new with original tags, belts, original accessories (no scratches, tears, broken, cracked...) and full accessories.
  • Goods must have passed technical appraisal and have not been used and accompanied by a sales invoice.
  • The return and exchange process is done when the package is returned to the warehouse of Saigon Nam Phat Joint Stock Company
  • Within the specified time, the goods can be exchanged/returned.
  • Note: Returned products that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the registered address according to your order information.

Cases of return and exchange (Change goods according to customer needs)

  • All items purchased from Saigon Nam Phat and Not included in the Restricted Product List can be exchanged within 03 - 07 days from the date of delivery by Saigon Nam Phat (unless otherwise stated).
  • If the time limit for exchanging goods is from 04 to 07 days from the date of purchase, the customer must bear 10% of the exchange fee together with the shipping and installation fees and the difference in value of the goods (if any).
  • You will be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value than the purchased product. Customers will bear the cost of shipping, installation, and the difference in goods value (if any).
  •  After 07 days from the date of purchase, Saigon Nam Phat Joint Stock Company will not handle cases where customers have the need to exchange goods.
  • We only accept to exchange products with original conditions, and purchase invoices at Saigon Nam Phat & unused products, including and not limited to:

- The original packaging and the packaging is not dented
- Full of parts, details, accessories.
– Stamp/warranty card (no information yet), brand stamp, technical instructions and accompanying gifts (if any) etc… must be complete and intact.
– There is no data in the product with a storage device.
- Not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, has a strange smell or shows signs of being washed or used.

Refund cases (Return goods because the customer is not satisfied)

  • All items purchased from Saigon Nam Phat Company and not included in the Restricted Product List are returnable within 03 - 07 days from the date of META delivery (unless otherwise stated).
  • We support customers to return goods in case the purchased goods are not used for the right purpose, due to technical errors from the Manufacturer or because the product is not as described.
  • Returning time: 03 (three) days from the date of delivery stated on the “Sales slip”, beyond the above time limit, we do not support the return of goods.
  • Please bear a fee of 10% on the value of the goods and the accompanying shipping and installation costs (if any) when returning the goods.

Lie not due to customer's reason

1. Delivered goods are broken, wrong or missing content

Saigon Nam Phat Joint Stock Company recommends that customers check the external condition of the box and product before paying to ensure that the goods are delivered with the correct type, quantity, and color according to the order. and unaffected external condition (broken/scratched). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and/or immediately notify customer support so that we can have a timely solution. (Please note further checks such as product trials can only be accepted after the order is paid in full).

In case the customer has paid, received the goods and then discovered that the goods are broken, wrong content or missing, please take a photo of the product and send it to namvo@saigonnamphat.vn mailbox for support. Support the next steps such as exchange / return or send the missing product to you...

After 48 hours from the date you receive the goods, Saigon Nam Phat has the right to refuse to support the complaints according to the above content.

2. Goods delivered with technical defects

The product is only considered as a technical defect when it is confirmed by the Technical Center or the Warranty Center of the product.

When you have problems with products ordered at Saigon Nam Phat Joint Stock Company, please take the following steps:

Step 1: Check by yourself how to use the product, the operations are guided in the "User manual" book that comes with each product (if any).

Step 2: You contact the Technical/Warranty Center located in the User's Manual or the Product's Warranty Card (if any). For some typical product lines, you can find warranty information at: www.saigonnamphat.vn

Step 3: Within 03 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you are confirmed from the Technical Center or the Warranty Center of the product that the product has a technical defect, please immediately access the Exchange Guide. return the item to begin the return process.

In our experience, more than half of the products returned due to technical defects after being checked by the technical department are judged to be in perfect used condition. Therefore, to save time and convenience for customers, please read the user manual carefully or contact the technical support department of the product directly to make sure the product has been assembled, connect and operate correctly before sending the goods back to Saigon Nam Phat.

Refund method

  • After Saigon Nam Phat and the customer have agreed on the Exchange / Return of goods, in case you get a refund, there will be the following methods:
  • Exchange for a new product of the same type. Please bear the cost of installation and shipping (if any).
  • Bank transfer according to the information provided by the customer
  • Cash. Please receive directly at META
  • Particularly for orders paid via international credit cards, we will apply the form of refund to the cardholder's payment account.
